Established since 1980, CEMS is a regional organiser with a global perspective. A key player in the Meeting, Incentive, Convention and Exhibition (MICE) industry in Singapore, CEMS has vast knowledge and experience in organising and managing exhibitions, conferences and other special events for government agencies, associations and private enterprises.
Our business activities span many countries in ASEAN, including Singapore and Thailand, China in North Asia, and India and Pakistan in South Asia.
Amongst others, our portfolio of exhibitions includes the Apparel Asia, YAFA Asia, Enviro Asia, Safety & Security Asia and The Singapore International Jewelry Show in Singapore; GlassTech Asia in Thailand and Beijing International Tourism Expo in China.
In Pakistan and India, our portfolio includes various series of IGATEX, Packaging, Plastic & Printing, Machine Tools, AutoMech, Industrial Automation and GlassTech and Fire & Security.
In terms of conferences, CEMS has acted as a Professional Conference Organiser (PCO) for several trade associations and medical societies in managing their regional and international meetings and congresses. Amongst them were the 24th Convention of the Institute of Brewing, 26th Congress of the International Society of Haematology, Water Environmental Federation (WEF) Technical Conference, Human Resource Development Conference, 35th General Association of International Sports Federations (GAISF) Congress and 25th International Congress of Applied Psychology etc.
For the past decade, CEMS has formed strategic partnerships with both local and international players to achieve mutually desirable goals in the MICE industry. This has included joint collaboration with the Commerical & Industrial Security Corporation (CISCO), National Fire Prevention Council, Sewing Machines Traders Association and Singapore Glass Merchants & Glaziers Association, in Singapore; Messe Munich and Nürnberg Global Fairs of Germany; as well as the Soceity of Manufacturing Engineers and Diversified Business Communications of USA. CEMS continues to seek for new strategic alliances with interested parties.

In October 1997, CEMS achieved the distinction of being the first professional conference and exhibition organiser in Singapore to obtain the ISO 9002 certification.
And in 2002, CEMS had secured a three-year agreement to co-organise the Singapore Food Festival (SFF) together with the Singapore Tourism Board. The SFF is one of the highlights of the culinary calendar of Singapore.
In all, CEMS has been involved in more than 200 major conventions and exhibitions in the Asia Pacific region since 1977.

Conference and Exhibition Management Services (CEMS) and Leipziger Messe International
GmbH jointly organise Games Convention Asia (GCA) - the only exhibition in the region
to reflect the trends of the rapidly expanding Asian electronic games market. GCA
showcases the latest computer games and hardware, and features entertaining
information, media education, etc. We expect about 200 exhibitors from Asia Pacific
to take part in GCA, with an estimated visitorship of 50,000 gamers from Singapore
and the region, including 5,000 trade visitors.
