* Our Helpdesk outsource experience started on 1 Mar 2001. We have been consistently surpassing targets and Service Level Performance Measurements set by our client.
* On 14 May 2001, IM&P Services Sdn Bhd was established.
* Xcellink coordinated a relocation of a major 24 x 7 IT Helpdesk from Singapore to Malaysia in May 2002, without any disruption in service or customer satisfaction issue.
* We started our first desktop onsite support operations on 17 Jun 2002.
